Co‑founder & Chief Financial Officer
Christian N. Betantos
Christian is the Co‑founder and Chief Financial Officer of SavvyCore Global Inc., where he leads the Finance function and oversees accounting and finance service delivery across the company’s client portfolio.
A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Christian brings experience across mining, hospitality, retail, wholesale, and education. He began his career in auditing before moving into leadership roles in the private sector, developing expertise in financial management, risk, controls, and compliance. He also holds accreditations as a CPA Tax Agent Practitioner (BIR) and as a CPA in Public Practice and Commerce & Industry (PRC).
His international credentials include Certified Risk Analyst (CRA®), Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA®), Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA®), and Certified Human Resource Associate (ChRA™), reflecting a multidisciplinary background that supports his work in financial leadership and client service.
Co‑founder & Chief People and Culture Officer
Patricia C. Parungao
Pat is the Co‑founder and Chief People and Culture Officer of SavvyCore Global Inc., where she leads People and Culture and oversees HR service delivery across the company’s client portfolio.
Under her leadership, organizations she has worked with have received distinctions at the HR Excellence Awards Philippines. She has also been twice nominated for HR Leader of the Year and was recognized by TradeFlock Magazine in 2026 as one of Best HR Leaders in Asia.
Pat is a registered psychometrician and holds both a BS and MA in Psychology. She earned her Master in Innovation and Business from the Asian Institute of Management and is currently pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration. She also holds certifications in management consulting and innovation management.
Beyond her work in people and organizations, Pat is also a Co‑founder of MUSTA, a workforce risk intelligence platform.
Co‑founder & Chief Facilities and Administration Officer
Hope G. Saloma
Hope is the Co‑founder and Chief Facilities and Administration Officer of SavvyCore Global Inc., where he leads facilities management and oversees IT and administrative service delivery across the company’s client portfolio.
A Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) and Registered Master Electrician (RME), Hope brings over a decade of experience in facilities management and administration. Through roles at Metrobank, Starbucks, and Robinsons Bank, he developed expertise in facility operations, safety compliance, and administrative leadership.
As SavvyCore’s designated Safety Officer, Hope is responsible for maintaining operational efficiency and upholding workplace safety protocols. His technical background and operational experience support the company’s commitment to safe, reliable, and high‑quality service delivery.
