Patricia C. Parungao is a visionary leader and innovator, currently serving as the Chief People & Culture Officer (CPCO) at SavvyCore Global. As CPCO, Patricia oversees all HR matters for SavvyCore and leads the HR Services Department, ensuring the delivery of exceptional HR solutions to the company’s clientele.
With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Psychology, Patricia is a licensed Registered Psychometrician and certified Mental Health First Aider. She also holds a post-graduate diploma in Management and is pursuing a Master’s in Innovation and Business at the Asian Institute of Management. This strong academic foundation allows her to combine strategic insights with a people-centric approach, driving innovative HR solutions and services.
Patricia has extensive experience with both global and local brands, including Disney, Amazon, Etude House, and SM Prime Holdings, where she honed her expertise in talent management, organizational development, and strategy. Her dedication to her field has earned her two nominations for HR Leader of the Year at the Philippine Human Resources Excellence Awards, highlighting her contributions to advancing the HR profession.
In addition to her role at SavvyCore, Patricia is also a driving force behind several startup ventures as Chief Strategy Officer, focusing on areas like healthtech, and real estate. Her entrepreneurial spirit reflects her commitment to fostering innovation and collaboration.
Patricia’s leadership philosophy centers on inclusivity, adaptability, and purpose-driven growth. As head of SavvyCore’s HR Services Department, she is passionate about empowering organizations with dynamic and effective HR strategies while prioritizing employee well-being and development.
Christian N. Betantos
Chief Finance Officer
Christian Betantos is a seasoned finance professional and a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), bringing a wealth of expertise across multiple industries, including mining, hospitality, retail, wholesale, and education. As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of SavvyCore Global, Christian oversees all finance and accounting services, ensuring the company’s fiscal health and driving sustainable growth for its clients.
Christian’s career journey reflects his exceptional dedication to the field. Starting in auditing, he transitioned to leadership roles in the private sector, where he honed his skills in financial management, strategic planning, and regulatory compliance. He holds prestigious accreditations, including CPA Tax Agent Practitioner (BIR) and CPA in Public Practice and Commerce & Industry (PRC), showcasing his breadth of expertise.
Further strengthening his credentials, Christian is internationally certified as a Certified Risk Analyst (CRA®), Certified Internal Control Auditor (CICA®), Certified Forensic Accountant (CrFA®), and Certified Human Resource Associate (ChRA™). These certifications highlight his ability to address complex financial, risk, and governance challenges with a multidimensional approach.

Hope Saloma
Hope Saloma is a seasoned professional and licensed Registered Electrical Engineer (REE) and Registered Master Electrician (RME) with over a decade of expertise in facilities management and administrative operations. As the Chief Facilities & Admin Officer (CFAO) at Savvycore Global, Hope leads all facilities and administrative services, ensuring operational efficiency and creating seamless solutions for the company’s clients.
Hope’s extensive career includes key roles in prominent organizations such as Metrobank, Starbucks, and Robinsons Bank, where he developed a strong foundation in managing complex facility operations and upholding stringent safety standards. His accreditation as a Safety Officer 2 (SO2) further underscores his commitment to workplace safety and compliance.
At SavvyCore, Hope oversees a wide range of responsibilities, from maintaining infrastructure and implementing safety protocols to streamlining administrative services.
